Hi, I'm Tyler Ryser, the founder of Blue Collar Mortgage. I've had the great pleasure of working in the financial world for over 15 years now. My roles have ranged from a Bank Teller, to serving as the President of a mortgage company presiding over 50+ employees. I've admittedly seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of a very competitive, cyclical, and cutthroat mortgage industry. I believe in life, you learn from all of your experiences, positive or negative, and often more from the negative experiences. In 2022, I began drafting a vision for a company that would later be called Blue Collar Mortgage. With my unique amount of industry experience at just 31 years old, I knew there was an amazing opportunity to build my own company as a Mortgage Broker, serving mostly rural areas. I knew with the right combination of strategic partners, a grass roots sales model built on lasting relationships with local real estate professionals, and a commitment to Working Hard for Hard Working People, we could make an incredible impact in our market. In May of 2023 Blue Collar Mortgage went live to the public and we have not looked back! While I may have been the vision behind BCM, my amazing wife, Caitlin, has been the backbone of the company supporting and believing in me every step of the way, and my beautiful daughters, Heidi and Demi, have undoubtedly been the why.
